1:1 coaching for women 35+ ready to be that b*tch
Raise the bar for the rest of your life
You want to be exceptional in your second half of life
You look at average aging and think “absolutely f*cking not”.
You’re not training to be a better mom or a better wife.
You’re not training to carry groceries when you’re 80.
And you’re sure as fuck not training to fit back into some patriarchal beauty standard that’s been re-packaged and resold to you since high school.
You want to train for you. Unapologetically.
To build a body that’s strong, powerful, hot on your own terms.
Not to be smaller.
Not to be palatable.
Not for anyone else’s definition of what “hot” looks like.
By feeling hot I mean…
Hot like walking into the weight room like you own it.
Hot like knowing the road ahead of you is more expansive than anything behind you.
Hot like trusting your body so completely that nothing feels off limits.
But even though you’re craving that…
You’re rolling your eyes and scrolling past coaches telling women your age to train so they can go up the stairs when they’re older.
The bar feels so low it’s insulting and disempowering - training for that feels boring as hell.
You can’t stand the fear-mongering telling you to desperately claw onto whatever muscle you have left before menopause takes it all away. You hate that messaging and yet, nobody’s offering you the alternative.
So the fear creeps into your brain anyway (hey, something’s got to fill the vacuum). You know what it feels like to be fast, powerful and alive in your body because you’ve been there before. But the random Peloton or YouTube workouts you’re blaming yourself for having an on/off (okay, mostly “off”) relationship with just aren’t hitting.
That’s because they’re not challenging, not purposeful, not connected to anything that actually matters to you.
Hey, I’d skip that shit too. What’s actually keeping you stuck is the gap between who you are and what you’re being offered.
You know what real training feels like - the kind that makes you faster, stronger, more capable of doing the things you love. But everything is either “slim, tone, shred” bullshit or “preserve what you’ve got before menopause steals it” panic.
So you’re caught between workouts that bore you and an industry that fundamentally doesn’t see you.
No wonder it’s not sticking.
Underneath it all is a fear you’re afraid to say out loud -
that your best days are behind you.
Society tells women over 40 they should either chase the body they had in their 20s or accept slowly crumbling into a fragile pile of dust.
But that’s some patriarchal bullshit.
The truth is you can be strong, powerful and athletic in your 40s, 50’s and beyond.
It’s time to stop pretending you’re satisfied with what’s good enough for everyone else
and build what you really want.
Hi! I’m Rachel.
For a long time, my version of fitness looked like so many other women’s.
I was chasing smaller, chasing toned, chasing whatever magazines said athletic and healthy was supposed to look like.
But I was a former competitive dancer and track athlete.
And what I was actually missing wasn't what my body looked like in high school.
It was the feeling of trusting my body completely.
It was knowing it had the strength and power to go anywhere and do anything.
Nobody told me I could get that back in my 40’s.
In fact, most messages I saw told me to give up on it.
But when I found true strength training — especially kettlebells — I stopped chasing a look and started reclaiming the strength and athleticism that was always mine.
So now, at 42 years old (after childbirth, multiple orthopedic surgeries, and some serious health stuff) I am the strongest, most muscular, most powerful, most athletic I have been in my entire life.
Society will keep telling you your best days are behind you - but me, and the clients I coach, are living proof of what can happen when you stop accepting the story you’ve been handed and decide to write something different.
I designed my 1:1 coaching program for women who are ready to do just that.
here’s what’s waiting for you
4 months from now you’re…
Increasing your lifts by 20-30% (and those numbers are still climbing)
Doing shit you didn’t know you could do. Turkish get-ups, kettlebell swings that feel explosive, confidently loading more plates on the barbell like you were born for it.
When a friend nudges you do something big - a long day in the mountains, a race you’ve been eyeing, a multi-day hiking trip overseas - and your reply is a resounding FUCK YES without wasting a single minute doing mental math on whether your body can handle it
Catching yourself smirking mid-workout because you feel fast, powerful, and alive in your body again. Because it turns out you didn’t reach your athletic peak in high school - you just needed the right training to access it again.
Here’s what happens inside:
You build real, measurable strength. It will show up in your lifts, on the trail, and every day in the quiet confidence you have because you know your body’s got your back.
You learn skills that most women have never been taught - kettlebell technique, plyometrics, jumping, power development, barbell lifting - an athletic toolkit you’ll take with you for life.
You develop the ability to train through setbacks. A hectic work season, an illness, a tweak. Deep coaching support means you’ll know how to adapt instead of abandon when life is life-ing.
You shift from being a woman who exercises to one who trains.
At the end of our time together you won’t be wondering whether your best years are behind you.
You’ll have receipts that they’re not.
girl, let’s work together.
You get custom programming, direct access to my coaching eyes, and the kind of support between workouts that allows you to get the most out of every single week — not just the ones where everything goes right.

Investment
4 months Paid-in-Full - $1,599
Monthly: $499/month
Custom coaching has a 4-month minimum commitment. That’s an honest minimum timeline to get these kinds of results, and it would be unethical for me to say otherwise.
This is not for people looking to hopscotch around a different program every month
and then wonder why nothing’s changing.
time commitment
Depending on your goals and schedule, plan for roughly 2.5–6 hours per week. This including training time, filming form checks, and check-ins. That’s it.
equipment
To train like the athlete you are, you’ll need either access to a commercial gym or a solid home setup.
At a minimum: a range of kettlebells or dumbbells, a bench or box, and bands. A barbell and rack are great too but aren’t required to get started.
Your program will be built around what you have but the more you’ve got to work with, the more we can get into.
Meet Nora
Nora’s problem wasn’t discipline or grit. Before working together she’d go all-in (think 5 days a week CrossFit layered on top of marathon training). and end up back in her physical therapist’s office. She was fucking sick of it.
Pushing herself and redefining her limits had always been core to who she was. She couldn’t accept that overuse injuries were going to be the thing that stopped her. She didn’t just want to just “run” again - she wanted to run ultras.
Three years later Nora has completed some of the hardest ultras in the country — including the Pennsylvania Triple Crown of Mountain Running — and has run multiple 100-milers.
Meet Lauren
Lauren went from strength-curious to loading plates on a trap bar at a gym in Italy on vacation.
As a distance runner and lifelong competitive dancer, she wasn’t new to being an athlete. But after having a kid she didn’t feel strong enough to enjoy the stuff she loved. She came to me wanting strength that supported her life (but she got a lot more).
Not only did Lauren ran her first postpartum half-marathon and 25km trail race. She’s doing pull-ups, kettlebell work, slamming med balls and loading up the bar. Strength stopped being something she did for her other activities and became something she does for herself.
Still on the fence?
Let’s be honest about why.
-
Waiting to feel “good enough” is just waiting. You’re not inconsistent because you’re undisciplined.
You’re inconsistent because you haven’t found workouts that actually light up your body and brain, and you haven’t had the support of a coach to show you what you’re actually capable of. -
I’m going to level with you - 1:1 coaching is not cheap, and that’s because you’re getting the undivided attention and deep knowledge of a highly skilled coach. And that raises the ceiling on every workout you do on your own or in a low-cost app for the rest of your life.
I can’t tell you what’s in or out of budget - but it’s worth asking if it’s a money problem or a “believing I’m worth it” problem. -
Girl I love you but how many hours of screentime is your iPhone clocking today?
You’re already spending time on workouts that aren’t getting you results. This isn’t more time… it’s making the time you spend count. -
Listen, the fitness industry has let women down for decades so your skepticism is earned.
But here’s what I want to ask you:
Do you actually believe you’re not capable of achieving this? Or have you just never had the right support to find out?
