wildly athletic.
performance-based fitness for undeniably strong women
you’re a force to be reckoned with
Maybe you feel like you lost your athlete identity during motherhood and have struggled to find it again.
Maybe you’re frustrated by the doom and gloom messaging that menopause is going to melt your muscles away.
Maybe you’ve always been strength-curious but you’re afraid you’ll get injured and sidelined from your endurance sports.
Maybe you’re looking for permission to get jacked and strong without gross diet culture bullshit.
Maybe after decades of chasing looks that please others, you want to build a body foryou.
White knuckling it solo isn’t getting you any closer, and let’s face it…wasting time cobbling together everything that childfree 24-year-old fitness guru says you “should” be doing feels like being stuck behind someone doing 45 MPH in the left lane.
You’ve seen what society is selling you as “normal” for midlife women and said “no thank you, sir”.
You want to bound up boulders and trust your body completely. You want to shred backcountry bowls in your 60s. You want to do
Hi! I’m Rachel (low key obsessed with building strong women) - insert short back story.
I don’t just give you workouts. I help you build the skills to own your strength and power for the long haul while still living your f*cking life. As a certified functional strength coach who’s helped over 50 women become more athletic in their 40s than they were in their 20s, you don’t need workouts that make you tired and sweaty. Which is why I combine purposeful coaching with {autonomy/getting the reps in} so that your success is inevitable. [Success = time x reps x support]
"Athletic" doesn't mean competitive. It means capable in your body.
Bounding up boulders and trusting your body completely is athletic.
Slinging kettlebells in a field of ferns is athletic.
The 68-year-old skiing hard is wildly athletic.
when you close your eyes and imagine your ideal self in 10 years, you see a force to be reckoned with.
Being an athlete has nothing to do with stepping onto a field or a start line.
Being an athlete means feeling strong, capable, skilled and confident in your movement.
It means moving without fear of pain or injury.
It means knowing how to use your body and your gym equipment—just like you do with your gear in the mountains.
It means understanding your training and how it translates to your life & sport - not just following random workouts.
It means adapting your training to ebb & flow with your life - not squeezing it into a rigid, cookie-cutter plan.
It means trusting not just your program, but yourself.
And that is some sh*t I want to help you build.

Hi! I’m Rachel.
Strength & run coach. Dog mom. Snack enthusiast. Mountain athlete.
Also? Not a gym rat.
For years, I proudly claimed that “trail running is my strength training,” which worked…until it didn’t. I was stuck on the ol’ overuse injury hamster wheel.
After years of nagging injuries, I finally discovered strength training - and it changed my life (and my whole career).
Now I help women train for adventure not aesthetics - in a way that actually fits their big, full lives.
Whether you're chasing finish lines, summits, or just want to feel better in your body, I’m here to help you build strength, skills and confidence to do what you love long-haul.
