Remote coaching + custom training plans for strength, conditioning, mobility, and endurance.

Custom 1:1 training plans are developed based on your goals, your body’s needs, and your life (preferences, schedule, equipment and more).

Training is delivered via an app (TrueCoach) and includes ALL the details - exercise demos, sets, reps and more - so you can put your brain on the shelf and get it done.

We’re in this together.

Coaching is a relationship. I’m here as your guide, collaborator, trouble-shooter, and hypewoman. We’ll communicate regulartly via in-app messaging, video reviews, and video conference (or phone, if preferred) coaching sessions so that you feel supported and confident in your training. Remote coaching allows you to access the knowledge and support of a coach - while building autonomy, confidence + self-trust by performing workouts on your own time.

1:1 Strength Coaching

A customized strength training plan + coaching support, built for your goals, needs, and life.

  • Initial Consult + Assessment

    • Initial consultation (45-60 min) to talk goals, preferences, and life via Google Meet.

    • Movement screenings to assess basic mobility, flexibility, and imbalances.

    • Performance testing (if desired) to track improvements

  • Comprehensive Strength Training Plan delivered in one-month training blocks including:

    • Dynamic warm-up + mobility work

    • Resistance training (gym or home-based)

    • Conditioning + energy systems development

    • Exercise demo videos + “how to” tips

    • All the deets: sets, reps, intensity, tempo, rest periods

    • Ability to log your results + track progress

    • Ability to upload videos, photos, questions.

Support

  • Virtual coaching check-ins - bi-weekly or monthly, scheduled by client

  • Unlimited video form checks (24 hr response, M-F)

  • Unlimited app-based messaging (24 hr response M-F)

  • Weekly workout review, feedback, comments and support.

Cost: $149 per month

  • Discounts available for 6-month (10% off) and 12-month (15% off) commitments, paid up front.

Three (3) month minimum commitment required. There are no quick-fixes or 30-day challenges here. We’re making changes that start on the cellular level. It takes time for that to translate into gains in muscle mass, strength, capacity or power. In addition to a discounted rate, committing to a long-term plan (6-12 months) allows me to plan and periodize for your goals - keeping the “end in mind” from the very start.

Endurance Coaching

Training for a running (road, trail) event or have big hiking goals? Same.

If you’re looking to build endurance, dip a toe into the trail or ultra world, power-hike faster, feel stronger going uphill, feel less wrecked after the downhills, and reduce injury risk - you’re my people. A structured endurance training plan can get you go longer, climb higher and suffer better.

Endurance Training Plans include:

  • Initial consultation to talk goals, history + lifestyle

  • Training plan delivered in one-month blocks via:

    • Shared Google sheet AND

    • TrueCoach app - it’s a one-stop shop for your aerobic, strength, and mobility drills.

  • All the details: specific warm-up or cooldown drills, duration, intensity, hill training (turns out the vert IS real), and speed or tempo work - as appropriate for your goals.

  • Monthly check-in call (20-30 min)

    • Note: for strength training clients, this will be rolled into our regular check-ins.

Cost:

  • Endurance coaching ONLY (no strength training)….$114/mo

  • Add-on to strength training… $25/month

Three month minimum commitment required.

Note: I do not offer sport-specific endurance training plans for “non-foot-based” sports (such as: triathlon, cycling, swimming) at this time - simply because I’m not the best coach for that. I’m also not the ideal coach if you are an elite or podium-chasing althlete - I’ll always, always be honest about my skills and that’s just not my expertise right now. There are PLENTY of folks out these who specialize in these sports, feel free to reach out if you’d like a recommendation!

In-Person Training

Prefer to work together IRL? I offer in-person 1:1 and small group training services at Ethos Athletics, a beautiful gym conveniently located in Burlington’s South End. Services include:

  • Individual training - option to add app-based workouts between sessions

  • “Hybrid” training - remote coaching programming with in-person sessions every 2, 4, or 6 weeks

  • Small group training series (approx. 4 folks per class)

  • Group fitness classes
